All products sold by Instinct Industries are new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is defective, instinct industries will give you a full refund including shipping costs if returned within 14 days of receipt.

Any product, if unused / unopened / defective, may be returned within 14 days from the order date (25% restocking fee may apply). If the part is unused/unopened, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.

A 25% restocking fee is charged for any open products returned, 30% restocking for cancelled special orders.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of instinct industries order processing.

Sales are final on clearance merchandise & special orders and 3D printed products.

*all returned goods must have prior consent. Please email or call for return authorization prior to returning any product.

*shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are not refundable. Only the product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
